Frequently Asked Questions
- Where do I go to check in?
Our amazing Events team will be there to greet you when you arrive at the venue. They will walk you through the registration process. We highly recommend you arrive early for registration so you can enjoy breakfast prior to the event starting.
- What’s the parking situation?
There are a limited number of free car parking spaces available. These spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, so make yourself known at hotel reception on arrival. For spaces in addition to this, we have secured a reduced rate of £10 per car per day (down from £16) for those that drive to the event. This parking charge can be settled on your own account upon arrival.
Other options to get there:
- Public Transport (London Underground): Take the Piccadilly Line to Hatton Cross. Upon arrival, exit the station and turn right. Proceed to the bus stop near the bridge and board the 285 bus heading towards Heathrow. Inform the driver that you're headed to the Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel on Bath Road. You will pass our hotel on your right-hand side before reaching the bus stop. Cross the road, and our hotel is just a two-minute walk away. Plan your journey with London Underground's tube planner for more details.
- Mainland Train (Heathrow Express): The Heathrow Express offers a fast-track train from Paddington to Terminals 1, 2, 3 & 4, taking approximately 15 minutes to/from central London. Take the Heathrow Express train to Terminals 1-3.
- By Bus (Heathrow Hoppa): You can also reach us via the Heathrow Hoppa Bus service. The price of a single trip is £6.80 per adult, with a return offering a discounted rate of £12. Please ensure you purchase your ticket before traveling. Tickets can be conveniently obtained using contactless payment on the bus
- What’s the WIFI info?
There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entire Hotel for the duration of the event. Network details will be provided at the registration desk as well as in the session rooms.
- What should I wear?
We like to keep it business casual. It might be cold in the ballrooms - you might consider bringing a jacket.
- What is the weather generally like in London?
On average, daily highs range from 53°F (12°C) to 64°F (18°C) with lows between 43°F (6°C) and 55°F (13°C). When packing for a trip to London in the spring, bring a warm jacket and some layers so you can easily adapt to the changing weather.
